Patient and Provider Non Discrimination

Patients must be allowed access to chiropractic services in public plans, such as Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare, and commercial plans and other health care products; and payments and payment practices for chiropractic services must be the same as those similar and same services provided by other health care providers.
